## Status

No term, right, or obligation is stated on this page. Nothing here may

a customer and Gravity. The agreement does not yet exist in published
form.

## Scope once written

The contracting entities and who may open an account. What Gravity does
and does not do, and the role of the carrying firm. Account opening and
closure. The authority an agent may hold and how it ends. What the
customer remains responsible for. Order handling. Money and settlement.
Fees. Risk. Suspension. Liability. Disputes. Amendment.
