# Agentic Disclosures

Read this before connecting an agent to an account.

## The arrangement

An agent connected to a Gravity account may place orders in it without
the customer approving each transaction. Gravity enforces the limits
set on that account on every action, and does not control, supervise,
monitor, recommend, or audit the agent, its model, its strategy, or any
decision it makes.

## Data

An agent runs outside Gravity. Account data sent to an agent or to the
provider operating it has left Gravity's environment, is governed by
that provider's terms, and cannot be recalled.

## Limits

Every order is checked against the limits set on the account, and one
that breaks them never reaches the market. That is the only check.
Gravity does not judge whether a trade is a good idea, so an agent
acting within its permissions can still lose money. Revocation stops
the next order and cannot undo orders already placed. No agent can move
money into or out of an account.
