Agentic Disclosures

Read this before you connect an agent to an account.

Agentic trading is a new kind of brokerage product. Gravity lets you connect an AI agent to an account you fund and permission, and orders may be placed by that agent without your input on each individual transaction. This works differently from investing yourself, and it is not suitable for everyone.

When you connect an agent, you authorize it to read that account’s data and to place orders in it within the limits you set. Gravity enforces those limits on every action, but does not control, supervise, monitor, recommend, or audit the agent, the model behind it, its strategy, or any decision it makes. An agent runs outside Gravity: once account data is sent to an agent, or to the AI provider operating it, that data has left Gravity’s environment, is governed by that provider’s terms and privacy practices rather than ours, and cannot be recalled.

We check every order against the limits you set, and one that breaks them never reaches the market. That is the only thing we check. We do not judge whether a trade is a good idea, so an agent acting entirely within its permissions can still lose money, buy at a bad price, or act on information that turns out to be wrong. Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal, and an agent can act quickly, repeatedly, and at times when you are not watching. Do not connect an agent to an account holding money you cannot afford to lose.

You can change an agent’s permissions or revoke its access at any time. Revocation stops the next order; it cannot undo orders already placed. Only you can move money into or out of the account, and no agent can.
